About the role
The Senior SIOP Supply Planning Manager is responsible for leading supply planning and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes across multiple manufacturing sites. This role drives alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and production capacity while leading a team of planners to ensure operational excellence, business continuity, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, optimize planning strategies, and support the company's operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior SIOP Supply Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Lead supply planning and SIOP processes across multiple manufacturing facilities to balance demand, supply, inventory, and production capacity.
Manage and develop a team of Materials and Supply Planners while fostering collaboration across Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, and Product Management.
Identify supply chain risks and opportunities, driving mitigation plans to ensure manufacturing continuity and on-time delivery.
Develop and implement standardized planning processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory and operational performance.
Partner with manufacturing leaders to execute build plans, capacity planning, and production scheduling while supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Materials Planning, Supply Planning, SIOP, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading planning teams and collaborating across multiple manufacturing sites.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
Strong experience with Supply Planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience supporting regional or global manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or other advanced planning tools.
Experience leading process transformation or continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain.
