Area Manager, Barcelona

Our Spanish team is expanding once again, and now we are looking for a driven and engaging Area Manager to join our talented team in Barcelona. In this role, you will hold Team Lead responsibility for our 4 colleagues in Barcelona, by focusing on coordinating and managing the commercial direction while still playing an active role in sales activities. You’ll become part of a close-knit group of professionals with deep expertise in the ConTech industry, where collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition are at the heart of our success.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and develop the team – Coach, support, and inspire a skilled sales team with an inclusive leadership approach.

Drive the sales process – Ensure success from first initial contact to closing, always focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.

Strengthen customer relationships – Understand client needs and build long-term partnerships.

Negotiate and secure business – Lead negotiations and design strategies that contribute to sustainable growth.

Build market presence – Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

About You

We are seeking a people-first colleague with experience in managing teams and a strong sales background, ideally within SaaS and the construction industry. You combine commercial drive with a genuine passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture. You are confident in both written and spoken communication and bring the professionalism and credibility needed to engage with asset owners and senior stakeholders.
