What You Will Do

At Magnit, you’ll play an important role in ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring experience for our clients. As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for conducting pre-employment screenings and verifying information provided by suppliers and independent professionals.

With a strong focus on accuracy and quality, you’ll review documentation, validate data, and record your findings in our systems. Your work directly contributes to the successful engagement of external talent across our client base.

You’ll also serve as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and freelancers. By building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication, you help ensure trust and consistency throughout the onboarding process. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll manage documentation, maintain data integrity, and support a smooth and efficient workflow.

You ensure that our clients see you and Magnit as the reliable partner in handling hiring contracts. You are the point of contact for clients, suppliers and freelancers. You are involved in collecting, checking and recording documents and company data on a daily basis.

What You Will Need

You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are motivated to grow within an international organization. You bring a strong sense of accountability, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and can effectively prioritize in a structured way.

You are a clear and confident communicator, able to engage professionally with both clients and suppliers. You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

In addition, you have:

Experience in an administrative, HR, or similar coordination role (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to your work

Experience working with MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
