About the Role:
As Manager - Project Transformation, you will lead the Transformation Team and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance organisational performance, project delivery maturity, and governance frameworks. You will play a key role in uplifting how projects and programs are delivered by establishing practical tools, dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and operating models that support consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Parks Victoria manages over 4 million hectares of land and marine parks, including 3,000 parks and reserves that attract more than 100 million visits each year. We are committed to protecting environmental and cultural values while delivering accessible and enjoyable experiences for all Victorians.
We're looking for someone with:
Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation, organisational change, or strategic improvement programs
Strong knowledge of project management, portfolio management, governance, assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile, Lean, Prosci)
Demonstrated experience uplifting project delivery frameworks, reporting systems, and organisational governance
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating work across multiple business units
Ability to develop and implement operating models, frameworks, and performance reporting systems
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align senior executives and diverse groups
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions
Experience driving cultural and behavioural change and embedding new ways of working
Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Understanding of public sector governance, risk management, and accountability frameworks
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, project management, organisational development, change management, public administration, or a related discipline (highly desirable)
