Audit Supervisor
About the role
Position
Located in the Buscate (MI) offices, but with frequent business trips, the resource will be responsible for leading and managing the supplier audit program and for implementing the LV Duty of Vigilance strategy of the entity. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain compliance requirements together with good organizational and planning skills as well as ability in stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
Job responsibilities
Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant compliance standards, regulations, and industry best practices
Develop and manage the annual supplier audit plan, prioritizing audits based on risk assessments and maintaining accurately the suppliers database
Oversee the execution of supplier audits, liaising with external consultants and audit firms
Ensure accuracy of audit reports, analyzing critical results in light of applicable regulations
Provide regular updates on audit program to internal and external stakeholders, monitoring KPIs and preparing related dashboards for the management
Monitor, formalize and facilitate corrective action plans, ensuring timely and effective resolution of non-conformities in collaboration with operations
Assist the Supplier Compliance Manager in identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supplier audit program as well as the operational visits program performed by industrial auditors
Work in close cooperation with the Supplier Compliance Manager on various activities to enhance the control protocols in place for the supply chain monitoring
Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting)
Thorough knowledge of auditing principles, procedures, and techniques
Strong understanding of supply chain compliance requirements, including ethical sourcing, environmental regulations, and labor standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Fluent in Italian and English. French will be considered as an advantage
5+ years of experience in similar roles
