Business Hacking Analyst

We seek a Business Hacking Analyst who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

Educational background in Industrial, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Proven experience in production processes, with deep on-site factory and plant knowledge within the aerospace industry.

Deep and genuine interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence applications, with the ability to translate tech capabilities into concrete business ROI.

Sharp business acumen with a growth/hacking mindset - prioritizing tasks based on rapid experimentation and high-value generation.

Comfortable challenging the status quo and finding unconventional solutions to traditional operational bottlenecks without compromising compliance.

High level of autonomy and the ability to thrive, experiment, and navigate through ambiguous or changing environments.

Curious, proactive mindset heavily oriented toward execution, rapid prototyping (MVPs), and delivering tangible results.

Strong sense of ownership, being highly committed, resourceful, and responsible for project success while balancing high-level strategy and daily hands-on operations.
