About the Role

This is not a transactional recruitment role.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who thrives on building genuine relationships, prioritises exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences, and takes the time to deeply understand the people, culture, and unique nature of each clinic and team.

You’ll partner closely with our Greencross Vet clinics across NSW, ACT, VIC, and SA to source and hire General Practice Veterinarians. Success in this role comes from being present, curious, and committed. We want to hear from you if you are someone who invests the time to build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike, and who understands that every clinic has its own story to tell.

You’ll be part of a passionate, close-knit talent team who see themselves as talent advisors, not just recruiters. We prioritise the candidate experience, and we’re always exploring new and creative ways to engage and attract talent. We genuinely enjoy working together and do so collaboratively drawing on each others unique experience.

Experience That Will Set You Apart

Experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment

Background in medical, dental, veterinary, or healthcare recruitment (highly regarded)

Alternatively, experience as a veterinarian or veterinary leader looking to move into a non-clinical career pathway with experience recruiting within the industry
