Business Analyst (6-month fixed-term contract)

Location: Sydney / Melbourne

The Business Analyst role will support transformation and integration initiatives by defining requirements, documenting processes and ensuring business outcomes are translated into practical delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.

Document current and future-state processes.

Produce business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Support testing, implementation and business readiness.

Analyse impacts across operations, technology, risk and compliance.

Work closely with product, operations and project teams.

Essential Experience

Strong requirements elicitation and process mapping capability.

Experience working with technology delivery teams.

Knowledge of superannuation administration and registry operations desirable.

5+ years business analysis experience, ideally within superannuation administration, registry or financial services.
