About the role
The Junior People and Culture (P&C) Advisor will be the first point of contact for general employee and manager queries. The Junior P&C Advisor will provide manager coaching on Success Factors and will be the first point of contact for the customer experience. Where there are complex or challenging general enquiries relating to systems or processes, the Junior P&C Advisor will escalate to the Senior Advisor for assistance to resolve. Where there are complex or challenging EBA or policy enquiries, the Junior P&C Advisor will escalate to the Senior Advisor.
This role will be there to support the People & Culture Advisory team with administrative tasks, and basic HR processing of variations and parental leave.
About you
We are looking for someone who has some experience in a People & Culture function maybe looking to branch out their knowledge, or returning to the workforce post parental leave. Would also suit someone studying Human Resources at University/recent graduate. However the role is entry level, so would suit someone with administration experience.
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
Those that are offered and/or start between January and April do not require an up to date vaccination for Influenza to progress providing they are aware of its requirement later in the year. Those that are offered and/or start between May and December require the up to date Influenza vaccination prior to offer.
