About the role

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (SharePoint) – Healthcare Domain

Location: Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) with strong SharePoint experience and preferably a background in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the delivery of SharePoint-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Lead workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SharePoint solutions.

Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and other project documentation.

Facilitate UAT sessions and support defect resolution.

Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.

Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises.

Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the Healthcare domain .

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and SharePoint integrations.

Experience with data migration and document management solutions.

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements within healthcare environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is advantageous.

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure, Microsoft Teams integration, and Power BI.

Exposure to healthcare digital transformation projects.

Pay: $83,263.55 – $130,000.00 per year
