We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Platform Services team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the key link between Product and Technology Delivery teams, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
You will work closely with business subject matter experts and agile delivery teams to ensure seamless collaboration, clarity of requirements, and successful delivery outcomes. Your contribution will be critical in shaping solutions that meet business objectives while balancing constraints such as time, budget, quality, and regulatory requirements..
This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).
What You'll Do
Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
Act as the key liaison between Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders
Facilitate workshops and lead discussions to define and refine solutions
Collaborate with delivery teams across Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure successful outcomes
Support solution design, testing, and implementation across complex enterprise platforms
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst within IT projects
Proven experience working on complex enterprise technology platforms
Experience with Guidewire (highly preferred)
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Experience with automation and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor others and contribute to team success
