Veolia Water is seeking an experienced Management of Change (MOC) / Project Engineer to join our Gold Coast Desalination Plant in Tugun. What you’ll be responsible for

Lead project delivery – Develop business cases, detailed scopes, and schedules for capital projects aligned with our Asset Management Plan

Manage change – Coordinate MOC processes and maintain controlled documentation across drawings, manuals, and operational procedures

Collaborate across teams – Work with operations, maintenance, procurement, and asset management to ensure seamless project execution

Oversee contractors – Manage subcontractors and consultants, including site supervision and technical oversight

Control budgets – Manage project finances, approve invoices, and track progress claims

Ensure quality & safety – Coordinate design reviews, risk assessments, and HAZOPs while maintaining our strict OH&S and environmental standards

Support operations – Coordinate shutdown work and site visits to keep production on track

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline

Understanding of operating plant environments and management systems
