Project Lead (Marketing), Head Office

The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring Project Lead, Marketing on a 6-month contract based in our Head Office, Docklands. As Project Lead, you will be a critical support in delivering one of our most exciting customer initiatives, the rollout of a new loyalty program designed to enhance engagement, retention, and value across our Gaming business.

What will you do?

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major loyalty program, ensuring execution is on time, on budget, and aligned to scope

Translate strategic objectives into project plans, milestones, and delivery frameworks that drive successful outcomes

Drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners to deliver key program initiatives

Design and optimise loyalty mechanics, customer journeys, and engagement strategies using data and insights

Integrate the loyalty program into broader marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications across channels

Monitor performance, provide stakeholder reporting, and identify opportunities to enhance delivery, processes, and customer outcomes

More about you

Experience in marketing, loyalty, CRM, or project delivery, ideally within hospitality, gaming, or a customer-led environment

Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects from concept through to launch

Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention strategies, and loyalty programs

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams

High attention to detail, commercial mindset, and a results-driven approach

Confidence working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple priorities

This position can be based in Darwin or our Docklands Head Office.
