Identify improvements in processes, stock flow and day-to-day operations
Support and guide team members through leading by example
Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store and warehouse integration

A proactive mindset - you take initiative without being asked
Natural leadership qualities and the ability to influence others positively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting it right the first time
Confidence working independently and making decisions on the floor
A strong safety focus and commitment to WH&S standards
Forklift licence
