Our Foundations division is growing, and we’re delivering complex piling, deep foundations, and ground improvement projects across the region. We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with a strong interest in foundations and heavy civil construction.

In this site-based role, you will support project execution through coordination, documentation, cost tracking, and schedule support while working closely with field teams, superintendents, and project managers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring project controls, communication, and daily operations run efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities:

Support daily project coordination activities, including document control, reporting, and communication between field and office teams

Assist with tracking project costs, quantities, and productivity to support budget monitoring and forecasting

Help develop and maintain project schedules, including progress updates and milestone tracking

Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and subcontractor activities to align with project timelines

Prepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports

Assist with subcontract administration, including reviewing invoices, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements

Support implementation of project systems, procedures, and controls at project start-up and throughout execution

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

3+ years of experience in project coordination, field engineering, or similar roles within foundations, piling, or heavy civil construction

Basic understanding of project controls processes including cost tracking, scheduling, and reporting

Experience with construction software such as Primavera P6, Excel, and document management systems

Familiarity with foundations construction methods (piling, drilling, shoring, ground improvement) is an asset

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, site-based environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
