AI Model Validator

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking an AI Model Validator to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an AI Model Validator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI models used in the healthcare industry. You will work closely with our data scientists and engineers to validate and test AI models, identify potential errors or biases, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate AI models by conducting thorough testing and analysis

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand the model's objectives and design appropriate validation strategies

Develop and maintain test cases and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of model functionality

Identify and report any errors or biases in the AI models

Provide recommendations for improvement based on validation results

Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for AI model validation

Assist in the development and implementation of new AI models

Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing AI models and make adjustments as needed

Document all validation processes and maintain accurate records

Participate in team meetings and provide input on model development and validation processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in AI model validation or a similar role

Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts

Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

Familiarity with data analysis and statistical methods

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Attention to detail and ability to identify potential errors or biases in AI models
