Operations Manager (West, Shopping Mall)
About the role
Assume full accountability for the day-to-day performance and upkeep of the shopping centre, ensuring operational reliability and service excellence.
Establish, review, and enforce security protocols, emergency procedures, and business continuity plans in alignment with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
Take charge of parking facilities performance, focusing on operational efficiency, safety governance, user experience enhancement, and yield improvement.
Champion Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards through structured risk assessments, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring.
Requirements:
Degree in Facility Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years’ operational management exposure within large-scale retail or commercial developments.
Strong knowledge of building systems, security management, environmental sustainability, and regulatory frameworks.
Experienced in tender management (RFP/ITQ), contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.
Effective communicator with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities.
