Responsibilities
Identify and define key data elements, relationships, and structures for CMDB readiness
Assess current data landscapes across systems and tools, identifying gaps and dependencies
Develop and maintain structured datasets to support governance, analytics, and lifecycle management
Design, build, and administer SharePoint-based data solutions, including list models, metadata, permissions, and workflows
Collaborate across departments such as Finance, Security, Privacy, and Legal to understand and meet data needs
Support leadership with targeted analysis, insights, and data-driven decision support
Perform monthly financial reconciliation, trend analysis, and data validation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
Document data definitions, ownership, review cycles, and maintenance procedures to promote clarity and sustainability
Qualifications
Proven experience in data analysis, data management, or analytics roles
Strong skills in data collection, validation, transformation, and structuring
Hands-on experience with SharePoint, including designing lists, libraries, metadata, and permissions
Familiarity with Power Automate or workflow automation tools
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business units
Ability to translate operational and technical needs into structured, maintainable solutions
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on producing audit-ready, traceable work products
Adaptability and comfort working in evolving, ambiguous environments
Nice to Have Skills
SharePoint builder-level capabilities - designing data models and managing sites
Experience supporting governance, finance, or technology environments
Knowledge of enterprise asset management, contract tracking, or digital enablement projects
Preferred Education and Experience
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Experience supporting enterprise-level data projects within regulated environments such as technology, public sector, or financial services
