Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the GTO-ODG Business Process Management team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary, part-time basis (roughly 19 HPW) for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Working Student Process Management Economics.

Our team shapes process management at Hannover Re and supports company-wide projects. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with a range of business areas and gaining valuable insights into the operations of a global organisation. We offer you the opportunity to gain practical experience and to develop both professionally and personally.

You can look forward to

Updating and maintaining our processes in collaboration with international process owners worldwide

Supporting the preparation and implementation of process initiatives

Identifying process gaps and optimisation opportunities and developing improvement measures based on these insights

Further developing and refining our process landscape in line with current standards

Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows and structures

You come equipped with

Currently studying business administration, economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable field

Initial practical experience in process modelling would be an advantage

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Proficient user skills in German and English

Quick grasp of new concepts and the ability to familiarise yourself with new topics, while critically questioning existing processes

Independent and structured way of working, combined with a strong willingness to learn, enthusiasm and strong communication skills
