About the role
Your role
As a Account Executive | Brand Studio, your mission is to manage projects end-to-end, from customer discussions and briefing to delivery and closure, while contributing to long-term partnership growth. You will report to Senior Account Manager.
As Account Executive, you will support the account management function by ensuring seamless coordination across projects, while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for internal customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles
Translate business requirements into structured and actionable creative briefs for design and creative teams
Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects independently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, copy, motion, digital, etc.) to drive execution
Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets, and proactively share status updates with stakeholders
Support senior account managers on larger, strategic projects and accounts
Maintain proper documentation, MoMs, and project trackers to ensure transparency and efficiency
Conduct research, gather inputs, and compile relevant content for ongoing projects
Identify opportunities for scope expansion and cross-selling services
Build strong internal relationships and act as a trusted partner to both customers and creative teams

You have
1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination
Background in branding, marketing, communication, or a creative agency environment
Strong communication and documentation skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects in a structured manner
Good command of English and confidence in interacting with a global customer base
Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic project management practices
