Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual/Graphic Designer to elevate the visual identity of our luxury watch portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing high-end creative assets, overseeing photoshoots, and ensuring all brand communications reflect the craftsmanship, elegance, and precision of luxury horology.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Asset Development

Design high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms

Develop campaign creatives, social media content, website visuals, and emailers

Create visually compelling CLPs (Campaign Landing Pages) and digital banners

Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and luxury aesthetics

Catalogues & Print Collateral

Design product catalogues, brochures, lookbooks, and brand books

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate collections into premium visual formats

Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, and imagery aligned with luxury standards

Retail & In-store Creatives

Conceptualize and design retail creatives including POSM, window displays, and boutique branding elements

Ensure visual merchandising aligns with global luxury watch brand guidelines

Work closely with retail teams to enhance in-store customer experience

Photoshoot Direction & Execution

Plan and oversee product and lifestyle shoots (studio & on-location)

Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and production teams

Ensure final output aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives

Presentation & Deck Design

Create high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and internal/external brand decks

Translate complex ideas into visually engaging storytelling formats

Brand Consistency & Quality Control

Maintain consistency across all touchpoints including digital, retail, and communication materials

Ensure all outputs reflect premium craftsmanship, detailing, and storytelling

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong portfolio showcasing luxury, premium or lifestyle brand work

Exceptional sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout design

Proficiency in design tools:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Figma / Sketch (preferred)

Strong understanding of print production and digital design standards

Experience in photoshoot art direction and coordination

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and high-quality output standards

Work Experience

Education: Graduation in marketing / communication / design field

Relevant Experience: 3 -7 years of experience in content creation & social media management

Should have experience with online and offline collateral generation keeping in mind print layouts, premium quality of design and print as well as interest / experience with working with production teams to add inputs for shoots.
