We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Data and Analytics

In this role, you will:

Execute various analyses and develop strategies to support business decisions across the customer lifecycle for a particular product/market. Extend support for analytical/strategy projects.

Complete analysis as required and document results and present findings to stakeholders. Execute moderate to complex analysis and strategy with proper instructions

Formulate efficient codes to process data for the required business problems. Identify business problems/new opportunities to drive higher business value. Diagnose and resolve moderate to complex analytical problems

Extend support in high-quality analysis and strategy recommendations to business problems. Manage delivery within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards as well as drive business benefit through self-initiated projects

Continuously develop new skills (domain / technical) and implement them to solve business problems as required. Responsible for ensuring HSBC Core Values are strictly observed

To be successful you will:

Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is preferred

Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python, Cloud Technologies, other equivalent analytical tools & platforms.

Good knowledge of Analytical and ML concepts like modelling, forecasting, segmentation etc

Besides strong written and verbal communication skills the incumbent is also expected to have strong presentation skills

Ability to convert business problem to an analytical problem.
