About Position:

This position is for a Platform/DevOps Engineer focused on building and managing modern cloud native platforms. The role involves designing GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD, managing containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments, and automating infrastructure with tools like Terraform and Ansible. It emphasizes reliability, observability, and performance using Prometheus and Grafana, while supporting event-driven architectures with Kafka. The engineer ensures secure software delivery, handles system optimization, and manages integrations across distributed systems. Overall, the role aims to create scalable, automated, and secure platforms that enable efficient deployment and operation of applications.

What You'll Do:

Build and manage GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD for smooth deployments

Handle container lifecycle (build, secure, validate, and manage images in registries)

Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible for scalable environments

Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana

Design and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka and pub-sub architecture

Troubleshoot and optimize Kubernetes-based distributed systems for performance, reliability, and security.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift and GitOps (Argo CD) for managing cloud-native platforms

Deep knowledge of containerization, image management, and security hardening practices

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for automation at scale

Solid understanding of observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana

Experience in event-driven architectures using Kafka and distributed systems design

Strong focus on platform reliability, security (DevSecOps), and performance optimization
