Job Summary

This role supports the management of a portfolio of hotel partners to improve product competitiveness, availability, and overall performance. As part of a collaborative commercial team, you will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, using data insights to prioritise actions and support commercial success.

Responsibilities

Support renegotiation of hotel contracts to improve rates, availability, and offers

Manage assigned hotel portfolio to maintain strong performance

Use company dashboards to prioritise actions and support decision-making

Work with suppliers to secure additional availability and promotional offers

Ensure accurate loading of commercial conditions in internal systems

Build and maintain regular contact with hotel suppliers

Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to share insights and align priorities

Contribute to efficient and consistent team processes

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or a commercial environment (internship or entry-level acceptable)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Basic analytical and data interpretation skills

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
