We are expanding our team in the Munich area and are looking for a full-time team member to join our finance department.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

You can expect a varied range of financial, accounting, and administrative tasks. You will become part of the GMV administration and finance team of our German office in Gilching.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

Independent handling of financial accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting)

Preparation of payment lists and cash flow planning

Monitoring and reconciliation of corporate credit card statements

General administrative support in financial controlling

Travel expense reporting and maintenance of the time tracking system

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

In addition to a strong interest in the diverse tasks of a finance department, you bring the following qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in economics or business administration, or a comparable qualification in a commercial field

Applicants who do not have the same commercial qualification but possess extensive experience in a similar role are also welcome

Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel

Ideally, experience with ERP Business Central

Excellent German and English skills (C1 level required); Spanish skills are a plus
