Qualifications
Completed training as a shipping merchant or relevant Bachelor/Master degree
Proven experience in the shipping industry
Excellent communication skills in English
Proactive, analytical, and structured approach to work
Responsible, reliable, and results-oriented personality
Goal-oriented with high initiative and assertiveness
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Advanced MS Office skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize proforma schedules
Prepare product studies and facilitate consortium meetings
Participate in consortium agreement development and negotiation
Maintain long-term schedules and allocation tables
Monitor schedule compliance and implement corrective measures
Oversee VSA and SCA agreement execution by partners
Analyze competitors' service structures
Optimize internal processes and reporting systems
Collaborate with Network Execution for efficient operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner lines
