We are looking for an analytical, data-driven professional with a passion for data quality and process optimisation to join our Loss Prevention team. This role requires approximately 30% travel .

Your Responsibilities

Independently manage, assign and track incidents, suspected fraud cases and process gaps through our Jira ticketing system, acting as the central point of contact to ensure no case is overlooked.

Design and optimise workflows within our Jira ticketing system to enable comprehensive documentation and analysis of incidents.

Analyse our systems landscape, including the interfaces between Logistics, Customer Service and Returns databases, to identify irregularities, fraud patterns and process vulnerabilities at an early stage.

Analyse and interpret data (e.g. numbering sequences, returns data and inventory discrepancies) to produce meaningful ad hoc and real-time reports for stakeholders, including senior leadership and C-level executives.

Support the transition from manual controls to automated monitoring systems by leveraging modern technologies and exploring AI-driven solutions.

Work closely with our operational teams, Customer Service and Technology teams to identify and close data gaps.

Your Profile

Education & Background

A completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Information Systems, Business Administration , or a related discipline.

Alternatively, a comparable analytical qualification (e.g. in wholesale and international trade, or IT systems integration).

We also welcome ambitious career changers with strong analytical and numerical skills.

Analytical & Data Skills

You have a genuine passion for working with data and an excellent aptitude for numbers.

You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Ideally, you have some knowledge of SQL or Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.

Technical Skills

Initial experience with ticketing and project management tools.

Experience with Confluence would be a distinct advantage.

Experience

Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, Audit or Risk Management would be beneficial.

However, your ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts is more important than extensive experience.

You work in a structured and organised manner, maintaining oversight even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

You enjoy challenging the status quo and finding the most effective, data-driven solutions.

You take a collaborative, solution-focused approach rather than looking to assign blame.

Languages

Fluent German and a good command of written and spoken English.

Polish language skills would be an advantage.
