The Role

We’re looking for an organised and detail-driven Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team on a 6-month FTC.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring supplier invoices and credit notes are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll also work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Process high volumes of supplier invoices and credit notes using internal systems (including M3)

Ensure invoices are approved and paid within agreed timeframes

Manage supplier accounts, including statement reconciliations

Resolve invoice and supplier queries promptly and accurately

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Support effective cash flow management by adhering to payment cycles and terms

Act as a key contact for AP queries across the business

Provide support to the wider Finance team when required

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment (desirable)

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)

Experience with Sage 200 or similar systems is advantageous

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

What You’ll Receive

Salary: £25,500 – £30,000
