Kratos has an exciting opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO for a Financial Planning Analyst who will:

Support EVMS implementation and reporting to ensure program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.

Partner with program managers and engineering teams to provide actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with government and industry standards for EVMS reporting.

Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

2-5 years industry experience in a similar role.

Must have Experience with COBRA EVMS Software.

Experience with DCMA ANSI 748.

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Experience in government contracting or defense industry preferred.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs.

Familiarity with IMP/IMS/Finance integration and contract deliverables.

Ability to lead finance teams and mentor junior schedulers

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education

Salary Range: $82,000-$114,000
