What We Are Looking For:

We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness who want to use their knowledge to sell our personal training services, as well as help connect members to the right trainer and training program for their fitness needs.

Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. There is lots of room for advancement and increased earning potential.

The Personal Training Sales Counselor position is a critical role for our members' fitness success plan!

· Responsible for the overall growth performance and member experience of our Personal Training Programs.

· Spearhead sales, marketing, and strategic planning to enhance sales of Personal Training services.

· Collaborate with Fitness Sales staff to set up training assessments for new and existing members.

· Sales/Commission Experience is preferred

· Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Pay Range:

· [Non-CA]: The greater of [current minimum wage for your club location] or [$2.88/hr + net commissions, which realistically range from $200 to $1,200 per month.
