DevOps & Site Reliability Lead (SAP)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

We are seeking an experienced SAP Site reliability engineer with over 8+ years of SAP Functional roles experience preferably in Retail/IS Domain who can lead support specialists, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.

The role requires deep functional expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of integration platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Maintain high system availability and performance, troubleshooting production issues, and Managing Incident and Change Management (RCA).

Security Compliance: Coordinate security validation and ensure secure deliveries according to SAP standards.

Team Leadership: Lead support specialists, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.
