About the role
Your responsibilities
Delivery of Europe EMO qualification programme including audit and desk top assessment as required
Supporting with Reckitt factory supplier audits as required
Escalation of issues identified during audit or qualification activities
Working closely with the EMOs and cross-functional Reckitt teams to provide support when significant quality issues are identified, by supporting the investigation and performing for-cause audits
Supports Quality manager in critical event investigations
Support delivery of team KPIs
Support in the training of other team members where required and appropriate
Support and participate (as required) in inspections by external regulatory authorities
Propose quality improvements to suppliers and monitor implementation
Maintaining auditor qualification and competency to the required levels
The experience we're looking for
Trained and experienced lead auditor
Experience and understanding of quality and regulatory requirements such as EU GMP, ISO13485, ISO22716 and ISO9001
Experience of manufacturing operations across a broad range of therapeutic areas and product classifications
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to critically evaluate how regulatory guidance and legislation is applied
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work cross functionally
Experienced in risk assessment
