STAMPING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Plan, control, direct and administrate all the Plant resources to meet goals with continuous improvement to ensure the continued operation of the Stamping Plant and that customer requirements can be met in quantity, quality and on time.

Establishes strategies for Continuous Improvement in the Stamping areas.

Establishes guidelines to achieve objectives and for the Launching of new products or services to meet the planned objectives

Establishes and verifies the development of projects to take advantage of the resources of Infrastructure, Capital Plan, OSHA, Environmental etc., to guarantee the optimum performance of the Stampings department.

2 Operational

a.-

Directs, promotes, audits and ensures the proper use and application of tools.

Responsible for managing and controlling all production, press maintenance, dice maintenance, quality and safety activities

c.-

Coordinates and directs efforts of involved departments to comply with Production Control programs.

3 Resource Management

Scrap management and control.

Other Functions

Directs and coordinates the training plans of manual workers, employees and suppliers of Products / Services

Directs, promotes, audits and ensures proper use and application of methods and tools.

Establish systems to ensure continuous maintenance

Develop teamwork, to continue to improve our results finding solutions and resolving issues to get to the root of the problems.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience: (Time/Type)

At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Plants.
