About the role
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.
Handle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Amazon, GST, Operations, and other business functions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with hiring managers and department stakeholders.
Conduct candidate assessments and salary discussions.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Manage offer rollouts, joining confirmations, and onboarding coordination.
Team Management
Lead and manage a team of Junior HR Recruiters.
Train, mentor, and guide Junior HR team members
Assign daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Monitor team productivity and performance.
Ensure recruitment trackers and databases are properly maintained.
Support team members in achieving hiring goals.
Reporting & Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
Track interviews, selections, offers, joinings, and dropouts.
Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and SOPs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
