Manager – Legal, Compliance & Corporate Services (#16821214)

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated legal professional to support legal, compliance, corporate governance, and contract management functions. The role involves providing practical legal support to business, HR, finance, operations, and technology teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, customer, and SaaS agreements.

Support regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and statutory requirements.

Assist with legal risk assessment, policy management, and compliance monitoring.

Handle data privacy, intellectual property, and employment-related legal matters.

Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, disputes, and recovery matters.

Support corporate transactions, due diligence, and commercial initiatives.

Maintain legal templates, contract repositories, and compliance documentation.

Conduct legal and compliance training for internal teams.

Qualifications

LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB from a recognized institution.

Certifications in Data Privacy, Compliance, or Contract Management are an added advantage.

Experience

2+ years of experience in legal, compliance, corporate governance, or commercial contracting roles.

Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environments preferred.

Exposure to contract negotiation, compliance management, and legal operations is desirable.
