About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President – Finance & Operations to lead Finance and Operations across our India business. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, operational excellence, governance, and business performance.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional finance expertise, business acumen, leadership, technology, and AI capabilities while remaining hands-on in execution. This individual will play a key role in strengthening budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial controls, operational processes, automation, and profitability across NetCom Learning and our startup ecosystem.
Success in this role means building a proactive Finance organization that identifies risks before they arise, recommends practical solutions, drives operational discipline, and supports long-term business growth.

What You Will Do
Financial Strategy & Planning
Own annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Drive profitability through cost optimization and reduction of revenue leakage.
Deliver financial insights and business recommendations to executive leadership.
Monitor financial performance and identify business risks proactively.
Operations Excellence
Strengthen operational processes, internal controls, governance, and compliance.
Continuously improve finance systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Develop scalable operating models to support business growth.
Technology & AI Transformation
Drive automation across Finance & Operations using modern technologies and AI.
Enhance reporting, dashboards, analytics, and financial visibility.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digital transformation.
Business Partnership
Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Improve startup profitability through financial planning and operational discipline.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with business objectives.
Leadership
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Finance & Operations team.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
Create an organization that proactively identifies issues, recommends solutions, and executes with speed and discipline.
Preferred Experience
15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations.
Experience leading Finance transformation in high-growth organizations.
Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, Technology Services, or Global B2B businesses is preferred.
Experience working with executive leadership and managing multi-entity businesses.
CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
