We are looking for : Team Leader - Senior Data Analyst

You’ll make an impact by:

Lead advanced analysis across enterprise IT, service, network, CMDB, and ServiceNow ITIL-related data sources.

Design executive and operational dashboards that improve ITIL process transparency and decision-making.

Analyse CMDB data to strengthen configuration visibility, service dependencies, reporting quality, and governance.

Translate technical data into meaningful KPIs for incident, change, problem, and service management.

Partner with network, platform, and service teams to connect technical solutions with service impact.

Create clear narratives from complex network architectures for MyIT implementations and user-centric communication.

Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across services, infrastructure, and networks.

Ensure data quality, traceability, and consistency across dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

Bring several years of senior data analytics experience within an IT environment.

Apply strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

Use dashboarding and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Build on solid CMDB knowhow, including configuration items, relationships, dependencies, and data quality challenges.

Apply strong ITIL knowledge within an IT service management context.

Understand LAN/WAN, network services, dependencies, architectures, and their connection to enterprise IT services.

Communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical senior stakeholders.
