Responsibilities

Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users. Workflow Management builds and optimises moderation business processes, monitoring performance, and continuously looks for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

Responsible for timely reporting for responsible business line

Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team

Develop a strong MIS framework to allow for smooth functioning of operations

Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management

Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques

Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.

Advanced proficiency in Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and use complex formulas.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating impactful and meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
