Together, we dream big and are passionate about caring for our rich mix of people, customers, patients, and planet. Your Role: Enterprise architecture is only as strong as the domain expertise behind it - and this role sits at the heart of that challenge. As Domain Architect Supply Chain, you will own the definition and continuous evolution of the As-Is and Target Architecture for the Supply Chain domain, driving a harmonized, cross-sector view that connects business capabilities with the application landscape. Working with high autonomy and serving as a key technical authority, you will guide architecture decisions across sectors, provide expert input to Architecture Governance Boards, and shape the long-term direction of a critical business domain. You will partner closely with Business Architects, Solution Architects, and senior business and IT stakeholders to reduce technical debt, identify opportunities for simplification and innovation, and ensure the application landscape remains stable, secure, and aligned with strategic priorities. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise architecture - someone who brings both the depth to solve complex architectural challenges and the communication skills to translate them into clear, actionable decisions.

Who You Are

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

At least more than 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Domain Architecture, or Solution Architecture within complex IT environments

Proven track record of shaping and governing business or technology domains at a cross-functional or cross-sector level

Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and related application landscapes

Experience in architecture modeling, target architecture development, and application portfolio planning

Demonstrated ability to prepare and support decisions in architecture governance forums

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic direction and pragmatic delivery guidance

Business-fluent English, written and spoken

Join us in building a culture of inclusion and belonging that impacts millions and empowers everyone to work their magic and champion human progress!
