This is for our site in Galway, Ireland.

The Role

Lead and develop the Production, QEH&S and Logistics teams to support a safe, efficient and lean operation where standards are maintained.

Promote a proactive culture focused on achieving site KPIs, improving speed, minimising downtime and driving continuous improvement.

Provide strong leadership to support effective plant operations and contribute to strategic planning.

Drive performance improvements to reduce all types of waste.

Work with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Despatch and Maintenance to ensure products are manufactured and delivered on time to the required standard.
