Take charge of recruitment for various positions (production and others) in our units

Conduct telephone and Teams interviews

Assess candidates' skills according to job requirements

Coordinate the selection process, reference checks, and follow-up on applications

Participate in talent acquisition and attraction strategies via technology and social media

Collaborate on the development and updating of job descriptions

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

AEC, DEC, or certificate in administration or human resources

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment

Organizational skills and priority management

Curiosity about trends and innovation
