About the Team and the Role:

Join eBay's Talent Acquisition team, a high-impact group of professionals across Europe dedicated to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

The Candidate Experience team is critical in ensuring an inclusive and seamless interview process by collaborating with candidates, sourcers, recruiters, and interviewers throughout the company.

Come join the EMEA TA team as our new Candidate Experience Partner for a 12-month contract position!

This is a hybrid role which requires 3 day office attendance on our eBay Campus in Dreilinden.

What You Will Accomplish:

Facilitate interview scheduling logistics for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for everyone involved such as sending invites, booking rooms, and organizing video conferencing.

Develop and deliver professional interview agendas to all participants.

Maintain a clear hiring workflow by updating candidate status in the applicant tracking system.

Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, talent acquisition team members, and hiring managers.

Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including contributing to process improvement projects and other tasks.

What You Will Bring:

Experience in coordination, travel coordination, calendar management, or other administrative roles in a dynamic environment is a plus.

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically for scheduling meetings.

Professional phone etiquette and the ability to engage with individuals at various levels of leadership.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a diverse and inclusive team across Europe.
