Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You support ongoing digital transformation initiatives, particularly in regulatory affairs

You assist in the development and maintenance of PowerApps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes

You collaborate on project work related to digitalization, including documentation, testing, and user feedback collection

You help manage and structure data using SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 tools

You contribute to the continuous improvement of digital workflows and user experience and support the agile development of customized solutions

Your qualifications and experience:

You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics or a related field

You have practical experience or coursework in Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint (Citizen Development)

You are familiar with data management principles and digital process optimization

You have basic skills in agile development and knowledge of agile processes, roles and working modes

Previous internship or project experience in IT or digital transformation is a plus

Your attributes and skills:

You have excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus

You are strongly interested in digital innovation and IT-driven process improvement

You have a proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style

You can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
