Project Manager Payroll [Fixed Term Contract]

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our International Payroll transformation into a single new global vendor. The candidate should have experience leading projects within payroll/HR environments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

This position is offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Monitor project progress through overseeing the planning, execution and delivery, while adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Stakeholder Management/Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Facilitate communication between technical team, data team and business units.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits.

Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Minimum of 5 + years of experience managing data projects and data governance implementation.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Strong understanding of data technologies, data sourcing and data governance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
