Job Description
We're looking for an experienced people leader to join our Agent Remuneration team as an Agency Administration Team Manager. This is a hybrid opportunity to lead a team that plays an important role in supporting advisers, intermediary firms and operational processes across Legal & General.
You'll be joining a collaborative leadership team and will have the chance to make an immediate impact through coaching colleagues, improving performance and ensuring excellent operational delivery within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Salary from £34,500 depending on experience.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and developing a team of operational colleagues
Managing team performance through coaching, feedback and regular 1:1s
Ensuring service levels, quality measures and KPI targets are achieved
Overseeing quality assurance activities and complaint handling
Managing operational risks, controls and regulatory requirements
Using management information to drive performance improvements
Supporting colleagues through change, development and continuous improvement
Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and intermediary partners
Who we're looking for:
Previous people management experience
Experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
Financial Services experience
Knowledge of FCA regulations and governance requirements
Experience managing quality assurance or complaints processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to analyse data and make informed operational decisions
Experience working with brokers, IFAs or intermediary distribution channels
