Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Supply Chain Planning professional (Supply Chain Business Partner) to optimize JD.com's complex supply chain operations. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics planning, ultimately driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management: Conduct rolling demand forecasts based on sales data and order trends, generate S&OP plans; monitor in-stock rate, turnover, slow-moving rate, and fulfillment rate, dynamically adjusting replenishment rhythm. Prepare advance stocking plans for peak seasons (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.) to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Fulfillment Management: Monitor and optimize end-to-end order fulfillment performance, improving efficiency and quality across different carriers (1P/3P) and fulfillment models to ensure on-time delivery.

Overseas Business Partnering: Act as the key BP between supply chain functions and overseas local business teams, deeply understand business needs, and drive business growth.

Supply Chain Planning & Optimization: Plan and continuously optimize overseas warehousing, transportation, distribution, and fulfillment operations to ensure stable business operations.

Cross-team Execution: Coordinate with logistics operations on capacity planning, warehouse receiving, and fulfillment capabilities; collaborate with procurement, warehouse, finance, sales, and MDSE teams to drive cross-functional projects.

Vendor & Partner Management: Develop, manage, and evaluate local suppliers, logistics providers, and warehousing partners in overseas markets.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze supply chain operational data to identify risks and bottlenecks, driving continuous cost efficiency and process optimization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in international supply chain operations, logistics, or supply chain business partnering roles. Cross-border or international business experience is preferred.

Strong understanding of European local warehousing and distribution operations and supply chain management practices.

Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with strong project execution capability.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools, or other data analysis platforms preferred.

Fluent in English as a working language; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, internet, or cross-border logistics industries is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience working across both European and Chinese markets and business cultures is highly preferred.
