Job Purpose

We are looking for a Junior EHS Specialist to temporarily join our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team at RECORDATI – Campoverde Chemical Plant, providing support to daily operations within a structured industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

support the EHS team in ensuring the site operates safely and in full compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations;

Contribute to risk assessments and the identification of preventive and protective measures;

support EHS Manager in the relevant EHS issues by guaranteeing that EHS problems are correctly managed;

Help prepare EHS procedures and instructions and documentation;

Prepare and deliver training sessions on EHS topics, and support the organization of training programs for internal personnel;

Assist in the implementation and improvement of EHS-related management software tools;

Support the update and management of risk documentation;

Collaborate with other departments to provide technical and regulatory support;

Contribute to maintaining environmental certifications (e.g. ISO 14001) and environmental permits (e.g. AIA);

Take part in internal audits and periodic checks of the management systems.

Required Education

Master Degree in Engineering (e.g. preferably Chemical, Industrial) or equivalent school background

Required Skills and Experience

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive attitude;

Nice to have: previous experience in chemical or industrial plants; basic knowledge of key HSE regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08, D.Lgs. 105/15, D.Lgs. 152/06, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Salary

Gross Annual Salary starting from: 34.887 €
