Pramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator manufacturer and the third largest diesel generator producer, is looking for a Mechanical/Automation Engineer to join the Headquarters Engineering Team within the Material Handling division.
As we continue to develop our AGV product range, the role is increasingly evolving towards automation engineering, playing a key part in shaping the next generation of intelligent and automated solutions.
Essential duties:
Manages the development of the project within established timelines
Carries out construction drawings of machines and electrical diagrams
Prepares bills of materials and technical specifications
Participates in tests and inspections to verify machine functionality
Ensures compliance with applicable product standards
Compiles technical documentation
Prepares spare parts lists and operation & maintenance manuals
Manages updates and changes to technical documentation through change requests
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Good knowledge of English
Good technical knowledge of the product
High proficiency in design software (FEM simulators, SolidWorks, etc.)
High knowledge of Quality System procedures
High technical drawing skills
Good knowledge of relevant design regulations
Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering/Automation Engineering degree
Knowledge and programming experience with PLC systems
Familiarity with REST API (not mandatory but considered a strong plus)
