If you are a motivated sales superstar looking to develop your leadership skills within a supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to lead our Team Members alongside the Store Manager to drive our store at Warwick Grove to continued success.
What we are looking for:
Experience with supervising a customer focused team
Motivation to create a sales driven atmosphere
Ability to consistently achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
Demonstrated ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences
A passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environment
What you will be doing:
Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences whilst achieving your personal sales targets
Contribute to the development of Team Members through feedback and training
Maintain an awareness of movement of stock to provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines
Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks
