As a Senior Digital Specialist at eHealth, you will lead the support and continuous improvement of critical applications, resolve escalated high-impact incidents, and leverage your technical expertise and domain knowledge to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes for the organisation.

NSW Health has transitioned to Oracle Fusion ERP, known internally as StaffLink ERP. The eHealth Corporate Applications team oversees all StaffLink ERP modules, where you engage with senior stakeholders to help deliver funded projects.

The Invoice to Cash squad looks after all Accounts Receivable and Cash Management functions. NSW Health has also developed an in-house solution for integrating with banking software and taking customer payments through various payment methods (POS, BPay, Direct Deposits, Direct Debits, Payment Plans) and for outstanding invoices and sundry items online, through the Health Payment Platform (NSW Health Payment Platform). The Health Payment Platform is an integral part of the Cash solution for managing inbound payments, along with integrated solutions from our banking partners.

In this role, you will:

Deliver application support, providing expert functional and technical advice while building strong relationships across NSW Health and mentoring junior team members

Manage stakeholder engagement to gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable digital solutions

Assist in the Design and deliver of complex, high-impact system solutions that enhance interoperability, performance, and user experience

Oversee application configuration and quality assurance, ensuring solutions align with strategic design and business needs

Champion incident resolution and service improvement, using insights and reporting to optimise performance and resolve critical escalations

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Extensive functional experience in Oracle ERP (Cloud) with a solid background in Oracle R12.

A deep understanding of the end-to-end Invoice to Cash business process.

An understanding of Cash Management, banking processes, cash receipting and allocation, lockbox, bank statement reconciliation, cash forecasting, adjustments, write-offs, and related processes.

Integration experience using APIs, FBDI, WebADI, OIC etc

Ability to enforce standards and oversee ERP application design.

Understanding of custom development using Oracle E-Business Suite is desirable

Exposure to Advanced Collections and Dunning processes is also desirable.

Proven ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders while balancing competing priorities in high-pressure settings

Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end ERP solutions, from requirements through to implementation and optimisation
